DEQI sponsored a workshop during the Asialaw China Summit at Pudong Shanghai in September 2007. A presentation named Enforcement of Patent in China exclusively prepared for the corporate IP owners was given during the workshop. This presentation discussed the techniques in drafting warning letters against patent infringer and the relevant issues to patent infringement lawsuit.
